A working session
Diagnose, not a build. You leave with a plan you can run with or without me. It is not credited toward a build unless a later quote says so.
Ranges on this page are starting points. The quote is the number.
$250 per hour
- 1 hour
- $250

- $500
Same rate if it runs longer. Overflow is $250 an hour.

What the numbers mean
There are three kinds of work. Each has a named price to make it, then a monthly fee to keep it going.
To make it
One named price. Half to start, half when you can use it.
To keep it going
A monthly fee after you can use it. It covers keeping it working, fixing what breaks, and answering you. The amount depends on how many people actually used it that month. You can stop with 30 days' notice.
Chat ongoing
A share of seats, set on the quote.
Ideas into reality
You already have a method, a course, or a way you work with people. I turn that into a private site they can open on their phone. They log in. They do the week's work there. You stop copying it into another place every week.
That site
Your people log in. One program of work. Works on a phone. I keep it working.
- $2,500–3,500
That site, and they can pay you
Everything above, plus they can pay you with a subscription or enter a code you give them, email reminders, and a simple screen so you can see who is in. The range depends on how complex the subscriptions are.
- $4,000–6,000
A second program, a community, an AI that coaches them, something you download from the App Store or Play Store, or a redesign.
After they can use it, see what you pay each month.
A chat that knows your material
Your clients ask the same questions when you are not there. This is a chat on your website that answers in your words, and shows which note or recording the answer came from.
The chat
Your people log in. They type a question. The chat answers from your notes, recordings, and teaching. Each answer points back to where it came from. They can pay you. You get a simple screen to see what is going on. It lives on your website.
- $5,000–7,500
Voice, a full course library, something you download from the App Store or Play Store, or a redesign.
To keep it working, see what you pay each month.
Ongoing is a share of seats, set on the quote.
The monthly fee once people can use it
This starts when the people you work with can open what I built. You pay each month. You can stop with 30 days' notice. It keeps it working, fixes what breaks, and gets you an email back within two business days.
- Up to 50 people that monthKeeps it working, fixes, updates, and email replies within two business days.
- $150
- 51–250 peopleEverything above, plus a simple report of who used it, and I can change the content in that one program.
- $250
- 251–1,000 peopleI answer you first, and I stay with it if something breaks.
- $500
- 1,000+ people
- Ask me
Used it that month means someone opened it at least once.
In the email and calendar you already use
This is not something your clients open. I set up the email, calendar, and notes you already use so the same follow-ups and filing happen without you doing them by hand.
To set it up
- Inbox and calendar
- $1,500–2,500
- Notes and files you can find
- $1,500–2,500
- A helper that keeps the work moving
- $1,500–2,500
- All three together
- $4,000–6,000
You keep paying those platforms. I do not mark them up.
Monthly care after it is running
Month to month. You can stop with 30 days' notice. Unused time does not roll to the next month. Extra work is a separate quote.
- PulseLight keep-alive.
- $250
- StewardWeekly care.Default
- $500
- BuilderNew automations keep shipping.
- $1,000
If the numbers fit, tell me the week
Bring the part of your week that frustrates you most. I'll tell you which of these it is, and whether it is worth building.
Requests are read by me, not a form queue. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
